Inside, an impressive chef’s kitchen provides everything needed to sharpen your culinary skills. Spend time together in the spacious living area or recharge in one of three private suites. A large home office includes an expansive library.
You’ll love being just a 10-minute drive to the Plaza and Canyon Road.
LIVING AREA
The stylish living area is appointed with a gas fireplace and huge windows with mountain views. Unwind and stream favorite shows on the Roku TV, equipped with a DVD player.
Overlooking the charming courtyard, the home office sets the scene for creative flow.
KITCHEN & DINING
The large modern kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and upscale appliances like a gas range, built-in fridge, and wine fridge. An island offers additional prep space and includes a second sink and two seats.
Greet the morning with a cup of coffee at the breakfast nook for four, and dine amid mountain views at the table for six. A kitchen bar offers additional seating for four.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps six guests in three suites.
Luxury living awaits in the primary suite, which boasts a king bed, gas fireplace, and direct access to the patio. Stretch out two sofas and watch a movie on the TV with a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with two sinks, a garden tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a lounge area with a small TV.
Two more suites await -- each with one queen bed. One has a desk, direct courtyard access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other offers an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The wraparound patio provides plenty of seating. Make use of the gas grill and dine alfresco while admiring spectacular mountain views.
With two loungers, the lovely courtyard creates the perfect spot to curl up with a good book.

This home has a single-story layout; however, there are some stairs to the front door and to the bedrooms inside the home (three or four steps).
4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
