The tiny homes have three models to choose from, each with a master bedroom, full kitchen and fireplace. Perfect as a romantic pied-à-terre or whole family get-away, additional sleeping options include lofts in our Top-lines, built-in bunks in our Campsides. ABOUT THIS TINY HOME: The Campside The full-sized bedroom with queen sized bed and built-in storage makes the Boulder Mountain View Campside a wonderful vacation getaway for up to 4 people. The open floor plan and large windows add all the natural light needed to feel roomy. The gas fireplace enhances the coziness. While not technically a 2 bedroom, the Campside offers a separate room with two built in bunks for extra sleeping. With quick access to both Bretton Woods and Cannon, these Tiny Homes are also offered as seasonal rentals. Please inquire for more information. HOUSE RULES: -Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized -Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee -The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval -No events, parties or large gatherings -Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations -At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others. -2 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations -Groups with more than two vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking. -Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously. -No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation -No fireworks; $100 fee for violations -No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations -Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100/dog/stay fee.
