Alpine Hideaway With a prime locale just minutes from the heart of Big Bear, this two-story home is also a quick drive from Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. The outdoor area offers a forested deck with alfresco dining, a grill, and a fenced yard. When you are not at the lake or on the slopes, relax in front of the warm ambience of the living area’s wood-burning fireplace. The welcoming space also features two queen sofa beds and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to create your favorite dishes, including a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. Two bedrooms are each furnished with double beds with a twin trundle underneath. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. THINGS TO KNOW This property does not have air-conditioning. Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
