The outdoor area offers a forested deck with alfresco dining, a grill, and a fenced yard. When you are not at the lake or on the slopes, relax in front of the warm ambience of the living area’s wood-burning fireplace. The welcoming space also features two queen sofa beds and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to create your favorite dishes, including a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. Two bedrooms are each furnished with double beds with a twin trundle underneath. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. THINGS TO KNOW This property does not have air-conditioning. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
