Enjoy shared access to a dock on Duck Lake - one of the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes - mere steps away from this three-level townhouse just outside of town. This is a wondrous spot for fishing, kayaking, and riding bikes all summer and for snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and Nordic skiing come winter.
The heart of this home is the light-filled living room, where you’ll find a two-story wall of windows, a large flatscreen TV, and comfortable leather sofas that are warmed by a gas fireplace. The living space flows into a cozy dining room with a circular table, a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two, and an outdoor deck accessed through French doors where you can barbecue with a view of the neighboring evergreens. While you’re outside, you can easily stroll to the lakefront dock, find more space to lounge on the upstairs balcony, or retreat to the shade of the patio with a good book.
At night, there are three bedrooms - all with flatscreen TVs - to choose from, including a primary suite with its own fireplace, en suite bathroom, and access to the balcony. Additional amenities include free WiFi and central air conditioning throughout the house, as well as a loft office space that’s ideal for working from home.
