This adorable getaway is the smaller of the two homes on the property, yet still has a spacious interior and quaint accents that will allow you to slip into relaxation mode in no time. The main level of the home will be the hub for entertaining and whipping up delicious meals with a full kitchen, living area with a fireplace, two bedrooms, and access to two decks (one shared with the main house). The basement is home to the last bedroom for those that want to get a bit of privacy at the end of a full day of adventure. When everyone wants to settle down, the flatscreen TV and free WiFi will be the perfect combination for a movie night. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
