Beach Rendezvous Beach Rendezvous is a charming, dog-friendly bungalow set up to be comfortable, beachy, relaxing, easy to cook in, and with many amenities to explore this amazing town. This home has been recently updated, but it has kept the timeless feel of a 1955 beach bungalow. Outdoor entertainment awaits at the fenced backyard, which boasts a deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and your very own outdoor hot tub. It’s the perfect spot for family barbecues and bubbly evenings. The living room is another great place to gather with your loved ones–take advantage of the flatscreen 50’ Smart TV and stream your favorite shows or series while snuggling up on the sofa with your loved ones. Feel free to plan a movie marathon! There’s plenty of space to get comfortable and the kitchen will have your back when it’s time to prepare snacks for the evening. Speaking of the kitchen, it’s complete with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker, that will make cooking a breeze. The dining table off the kitchen seats six and is ideal for family meals, but you can always dine al fresco. There are three inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bunk bedroom is perfect for the kiddos–it boasts a large, 50’ flatscreen Smart TV and a desk for remote schooling and working. Things to Know Dog-friendly There is an active Ring video camera attached to the garage facing west toward the street. There are beach supplies (wagon, sand toys, cooler with wheels, kites, etc) and four adult bikes available. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
