Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Surrounded by fragrant pine and oak woods, the villa is very private and relaxing without being isolated. This spacious property is finished and furnished to a very high standard offering luxury accommodation throughout. The hallway opens onto a large common room with kitchen, dining area and lounge. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the garden indoors and show the temptingly beautiful pool. The lounge leads onto the shaded terrace where the outdoor dining room is located. On the left-hand side of the hallway, there is one double bedroom with en suite shower room and fitted wardrobe. On the right-hand side, you will find the master bedroom with view on the pool and garden, full en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower enclosure, WC, and double vanity, as well as a dressing room and fitted wardrobe. Upstairs, there are another 3 double bedrooms: one with en suite shower room and a balcony with a view of the surrounding countryside; the other two bedrooms share a fourth bathroom with a shower room. The basement has a large fridge, freezer, ice-making machine, washing machine, dryer, ironing station and a safe. The house has A/C throughout and satellite TV in the lounge and most bedrooms. The outside has been well designed to provide relaxing areas, sunbathing lounge chairs around the heated pool, summer lounges, a flat lawn on two levels and a petanque court. This will be your holiday haven at l’Escalet beach, just 5 minutes from Pampelonne and 10 minutes from Saint Tropez. The rental includes linen, 2 hours daily housekeeping and end of stay cleaning.
