Beautiful 5 bedroom house a stone’s throw away to l’Escalet Beach, ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a holiday by the sea. This modern property is located in the heart of l’Escalet, in Ramatuelle, only a couple of hundred yards from the beach. The large landscaped garden with many cacti, agave and mediterranean plants houses a free form pool with transparent sides and a jacuzzi. There is ample parking for 3 cars on the drive plus a carport with one space. There is a small gate at the end of the garden to the Escalet parking with tennis court and the beach. The house has 2 levels: on the top floor, you will find a a very large open living/dining room with french windows on both sides, with views on the garden and on the pool, where you can enjoy watching your guests frolicking under water. There is a large deck terrace where guests can enjoy a glass of rosé while enjoying the seaview. The fully equipped kitchen is in the open common room and opens onto a small terrace close to the pool with the gas BBQ and a dining table. The master bedroom is on this floor behind the kitchen with ensuite bathroom and a fabulous seaview. Below, you will find a small lounge overlooking the lower terrace and jacuzzi as well as two double rooms, 2 bathrooms, a twin bed room and a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge and freezer, as well as a safe. On the garden level, there is a large double room with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the garden The house is equipped with 2 TV, WIFI, AC, SONOS music system and an alarm system
