Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory tourist tax of €4.62 euro per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit of 6000EUR is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Located just above the pretty village of Eze with one of the most beautiful sea views on the French Riviera, Villa Panorama is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa for up to 7 people set on a terraced garden with a large pool, just a stroll down to coast and restaurants. This elegant villa with a mix of modern and art deco interiors is arranged over 4 floors with an elevator moving between ground floor and second floor studio. From the street level electric gates open to secure parking for 2 cars, guests can either use the elevator to access the living areas or use stairs leading down to the main entry on the ground floor. There is a beautiful open plan living and dining area with large sliding windows opening onto the surrounding balcony and most amazing panorama sea views. The well-equipped modern kitchen is located on the same level and equipped to highest standard. A flight of steps leads down to the garden level with two lovely bedrooms and en suite shower rooms. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor with dressing and en suite bathroom, high sliding windows open onto a private balcony with seating area and panoramic sea views. An elevator moves between ground and second floor where the separate studio with single bed, en suite bathroom and kitchenette is located, clients have access to another private balcony with breath-taking views. Villa Panorama is air conditioned throughout. Stone steps lead down the side of the villa from the pedestrian gate to garden level and further down to the large 14x5m pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Another flight of steps leads to the back of the garden with electric gates opening onto a quiet road for easy access to the village and coast. Guests have access to the garage with secure parking for another car, additional parking is available on the street. This villa is the perfect location for an idyllic holiday with one of the best sea views of the Cote d’Azur.
