This new vacation rental, with all new furniture, offers all the comforts of home in a lodge-style setting. An oversized covered porch, with ceiling fans and a dining area, stretches from one end of the home to the other, overlooking the clear waters of Smith Mountain Lake with a fantastic view of Smith Mountain. Outside, you have an easy path to the shoreline with an oversized private dock in a quiet cove. Guests can enjoy two kayaks and a paddleboard to explore the cove and beyond. A firepit area allows for continued enjoyment of the view or for making s’mores. A hot tub, beneath the covered porch, allows for more relaxation while enjoying the view in any weather. The rental is close to Smith Mountain Lake State Park for great hiking, camping, and use of their beach. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
