Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A stunning interior-designed villa overlooking the Bay of Golfe Juan towards the Iles de Lerins, a short drive to the coast and Cannes. The villa has 7 luxurious bedroom suites, is fully air-conditioned and has a wellness area including Jacuzzi on the lower level with access to the wide terraces and infinity pool. Additional accommodation for staff is available. A fabulous and truly unique property, completely renovated and interior designed with beautiful bespoke art work and Roche Bobois soft furnishings throughout. The villa offers seven luxurious bedroom suites with en suite bathrooms, all individually designed and decorated. There are two-bedroom suites on the first floor and 4 bedroom suites on the second floor with an additional bedroom with bunk bed and shower room. A separate studio with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and its own entry is located on the ground level. The main entry opens onto the impressive entry hall with elevator. A hallway leads through to the entertainment area with comfortable sofas, home cinema, games and well-equipped wellness area with fitness, sauna, Jacuzzi and shower. Sliding window doors open onto the pool area with wide terraces, several comfortable seating areas and sun loungers around the infinity pool. All upper levels can either be accessed via elevator or stairs with stylish and open double living areas and dining occupying the first floor. The kitchen with breakfast bar and separate professional kitchen is accessed from the dining are. All areas open onto the terraces with dining and breath-taking sea views. On the same floor are two en suite bedrooms suites. On the second floor are another 4 luxurious en suite bedrooms including the spacious Master bedroom with balcony, seating area and office space. One additional bedroom is equipped with a regular size bunk bed and has its own shower room. For outdoor dining, there’s a covered terrace with large dining table overlooking the sea as well as comfy seating ideal for evening cocktails. The terrace overlooks the pool with its own pool terrace and additional shaded seating, pool can be heated. The villa is located within a peaceful residential neighborhood in the hills by Cannes, just minutes to the coast and a short drive into Cannes.
