• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
A large 8 bedroom villa located 1km from the town centre of St Tropez, with fantastic sea views, heated pool, AC and inclusive of daily housekeeping and breakfast service, ideal for large families or a group of friends.
This fabulous villa is ideally located within walking distance of the Place des Lices. Situated near the top of the hill, the villa is set in a landscaped garden with olive trees, rosebushes, a water feature, etc. There is parking for up to 6 cars.
The large entrance leads to a double living room with a fireplace, TV and French windows on both sides of the house. The living room, in turn, leads to the dining area, then to the large modern kitchen designed around a central island. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, gas and induction hot plates, conventional and microwave oven, coffee maker, juicer, etc. The kitchen has direct access to a terrace at the back of the property where guests can either lounge, dine, or enjoy a game of table tennis on the upper terrace of the garden.
The ground floor houses 4 bedrooms: the large master bedroom with a fireplace, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room with double vanity and WC, and 3 other bedrooms, each equipped with ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and private terrace with either garden or sea views.
The house is equipped with an indoor lift to reach the basement where 3 more bedrooms are located, each with an ensuite shower room. These cabin rooms all have air-conditioning but no outdoor views. The stairs lead down to the billiard room, laundry room with 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, ironing station, ice maker, and a large cold storage room.
The 8th bedroom is an independent studio next to the swimming pool with a small living area, kitchenette, double room and ensuite shower room.
The whole house is air-conditioned with individual settings in each room; all bedrooms are doubles, either king or queen-size, and some of them can be turned into 2 singles on request.
There are many outdoor areas to enjoy: a covered terrace with a dining table and a summer lounge, private terraces for all 4 ground floor bedrooms, a gazebo with a summer lounge where guests can enjoy a drink while admiring the sea view, a second dining area at the back of the house with a Webber gas BBQ, a large flat lawn, a heated pool with sun loungers to take in the sun, and a small poolside kitchen with fridge, plastic crockery, coffee machine and shower.
The property is rented for 12 guests and on request for up to 16 guests.
The property is rented out with the following services included: house manager welcome, breakfast service, housekeeper 6 days a week 8h/day, linen and welcome toiletries. The villa can also be rented with full service and catering; this option includes full daily housekeeping, house manager, chef, all food and drinks. Please contact us for more information.
