This villa is a beautiful Belle Epoque property located in the heart of Cannes dating from 1910 which has been fully restored to its original opulence, incorporating the essential modern amenities, making it the perfect destination on the Cote d’Azur for family holidays, corporate off-sites, parties and entertaining.
The villa can accommodate up to 18 guests with 800 square metres of living space offering comfortable and elegant space to relax. All the rooms, 11 bedrooms, 5 principal reception rooms and 2 family rooms, are elegantly furnished with antiques and are fully air-conditioned/heated. The swimming pool and jacuzzi can be heated to 37c - when temperatures drop in winter, they offer all year-round swimming.
The property is located less than a 10-minute walk from the Croisette and Palais du Festival giving quick and easy access to the heart of Cannes and the beach.
