Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. This villa offers 3 spacious en suite double bedrooms in the main house and another 2 guests rooms with 1 bathroom and kitchenette in the guest house. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with air-conditioning. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a study with a sofa bed and an extra bathroom to accommodate a nanny, for example. The property offers wonderful indoor living spaces with 2 living rooms, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. This property is made for al fresco living with an amazing garden and pool area where guests can enjoy the stunning views. The pool is free form and can be heated. There are several sitting areas around the house, and the garden is great for relaxing. The outdoor dining area is comfortably in the shade, ideal for long summer lunches and dinners while taking in the breathtaking views. The property is located within walking distance to the small village of Opio, and just a short drive to all local amenities. The lively village of Valbonne is only a 10-minute drive away.
