• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with office space near the village of Valbonne, set in a peaceful garden with private heated pool and great mountain views. This is an ideal family villa offering 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, large living area and modern fully equipped kitchen.
This is a pretty 3 bedroom family villa located in a private domaine 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Valbonne.
The villa has been fully renovated in a contemporary style with high quality fitting and furnishing and is composed on the ground floor of an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped American kitchen, and sliding doors opening onto the terrace that overlooks the garden.
On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom that opens onto the terrace. From the living room stairs lead to the first floor that offers another 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, ensuite bathroom and leads onto a large private balcony. The third bedroom is ideal for children as it has two single beds and again an ensuite shower room.
An air-conditioned office space is available and gives direct access to the garden.
From the living areas and the kitchen you step onto a large terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, that leads onto the beautifully maintained garden with flat lawn and a fenced pool (that can be heated)
There is an electrical gate and secured on site parking for 2 cars.
