Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Beautiful contemporary property located in a prestigious residential area with stunning views over Cannes towards the sea. This villa is located between Cannes and Mougins, offering 4 bedrooms, (all with ensuite bathroom facilities) and contemporary air conditioned interiors with a Scandinavian feel. The living areas are distributed over 3 floors with the large open plan living room, kitchen and dining room together with the master bedroom located on the ground floor offering direct access onto the outdoor terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped complete with oven, micro wave, steamer oven, fitted coffee machine, dishwasher and has easy access to the pool and outdoor terrace and dining area. The first floor consists of an office area, TV room with games table, exercise equipment including a treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. There is also a large room with a double bed, suitable for teenagers and older children who would need to share a bathroom with parents on either the ground or lower ground floor. The lower ground floor offers 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with outdoor access and an ensuite bathroom. The large pool is central to the property and measures 15 x 5. The pool is surrounded by comfy seating and sun loungers where guests can relax, and a large dining area seating 8 comfortably. Other outdoor facilities include a heated jacuzzi, BBQ and large flat screen TV! The property is not suitable for families with young children.
