Villa Peyniblou enjoys an enviable position, just outside of the village of Valbonne with stunning countryside views and is equipped with all the comforts of modern living.
Set in a private estate there is a pretty private garden and lovely pool and dining terraces, ideal for lazy summer days and evenings in the South of France.
The living areas are open plan with the lounge opening on to the pool terrace. The dining area leads on to the open plan kitchen with utility room to the rear.
On the ground floor there are three en-suite bedrooms with the master bedroom suite on the first floor.
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. This is a super villa for a small family group and those seeking a quieter environment but within walking distance of the village, local shops and supermarkets in Valbonne and a short drive to the beaches at Cannes.
