• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
5 MINUTE WALK INTO VALBONNE VILLAGE. This villa is a great family property located in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Valbonne village. The property offers comfortable, nicely decorated interiors and a very pretty garden planted with fruit and olive trees where guests can enjoy total privacy (with no vis a vis) and alfresco dining on a large terrace area overlooking the pool area.
This villa is a lovely spacious property with living accommodation on 3 floors + an independent studio, perfect for groups with grandparents or teenage children, and air-conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. The villa is accessed through large iron gates directly into a pretty, graveled courtyard area which can accommodate up to 4 cars comfortably. Upon entering the property, the living/dining area is light and spacious, and offers direct access onto the outdoor terrace area where guests can dine or simply relax whilst watching friends and family enjoy the pool and garden area. The kitchen leads directly from the living/dining area, is fully equipped with a large American style fridge freezer, 3 ovens (conventional, microwave and steam), an induction hob, and nespresso machine and offers direct access to a second dining terrace which is covered. For those barbecue enthusiasts there is a choice of either gas or charcoal!
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) with 1 ensuite and 1 shared bathroom. The lower garden level consists of a well equipped gym, a home cinema room, a large laundry room and bedroom 4 with ensuite shower room and direct access onto a small patio area. Finally the independent studio accommodation is over 2 floors with a small living room and kitchette on the ground floor and a good sized double bedroom on the first floor.
