Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

There is a 13x6m heated pool and a pool house with kitchenette BBQ, dining table and shower / toilet facilities.
The 2500m2 garden contains an olive grove and stunning rose flowerbeds, alongside cypress and oak trees which provide plenty of shaded areas in which to relax. At full occupancy the house can accommodate 20-24 guests. There is a spacious salon d’ete dining room and a large, shaded terrace overlooking the garden and valley beyond.
There are 4 double/twin bedroom located on the first floor in the main house and a further 6 bedrooms have independent access from the garden (2 of these suites have double sofa beds). All 10 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and air conditioning.
The layout lends itself perfectly to shared poolside barbecues and outdoor dining. It is therefore the ideal location for guests who want privacy and independence within a larger group.
