Each day can be spent in the salty air, as a heated in-ground pool, private beach access via a staircase from the backyard, and multiple water view patios await to let you choose how to use your time away. The private beach has been completely hardscaped, and the former concrete patio has been replaced with a custom stone deck and new landscaping. If you feel like watching the waves roll in with a favorite drink in hand, the wraparound mahogany decks will provide the perfect space to get your fill of serenity. Rinse off sandy toes in the heated outdoor shower, or spoil yourself in one of the two jetted tubs in the two full bathrooms. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
