There’s even a private hot tub so that you can soak all your cares away. Located just right across from the ocean, this contemporary, 3,166-square-foot beach retreat offers gorgeous views, as well as a great location for enjoying the sand. To hit the beach, just walk a half block north to Neptune Avenue for easy public access. You’re just blocks from the Gleneden Beach State Wayside Park to the south. Whale watching and fishing expeditions are within eight minutes of the home. Halibut, lingcod, and numerous other fish species are caught in season throughout the year as well as salmon up to 50lbs, just five minutes from the home in the Siletz River. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
