Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. Guest shall take care of the Premises. Guest will leave unit in the same condition as at check-in, including furniture placement. Guest shall be responsible for negligent or wrongful act of their Guests.
  • 2. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED WITHIN THE PREMISES.
  • 3. Guest shall comply with all laws, rules & regulations applicable to the Premises, including applicable condominium or homeowner associations
  • 4. Min age to rent is 31. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date.
  • 5. Guest shall not sublet. At no time shall there be in occupancy more than the maximum number of persons as indicated.
  • 6.THE OWNER allows pets in the premises that permit pet occupancy with prior consent, and with payment of a non-refundable pet occupancy fee.
  • 7. No parties or events. City of Key West noise ordinance is in effect and guest must abide. No warnings will be provided.
  • Violation of any of the rules and regulations of the Premises may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all monies paid to date if not cured immediately
  • upon written notice from Manager to Guest.
