The surrounding mountains and valley seem to unfold before you at this beautifully situated home just outside Enumclaw. There’s no shortage of space to gather here, with multiple living rooms, a light-filled sun room, and a back deck - with a private hot tub - that runs the length of the house.
This home is both special and familiar, with a floor plan that gives you plentiful options for spending time with your loved ones. As you enter on the ground floor, you’ll find living spaces across the house. At one end is a window-lined sitting room with leather seating, a gas stove, and a stereo system; at the other is a great room with two-story ceilings, a flatscreen TV, and a second gas stove. The spaces in between are just as comfortable and inviting. There’s a formal dining room with an eight-person table, as well as a fully appointed kitchen with all the essential appliances (including a gas range, a French-door refrigerator, and a dishwasher) and eat-in seating for eight more guests.
An enclosed sun porch leads outside to an expansive wrap-around deck, a private hot tub overlooking the valley, and a patio around the side of the home with a gas grill and a basketball hoop. Back inside, you’ll find even more space to relax in the upstairs family room - a great place to play board games, watch DVDs, chat at the built-in bar, or even get a bit of work done at the desk using the free WiFi.
At night, all four bedrooms are located on the second floor, including a primary suite with a spacious private bathroom. A washer/dryer is also provided.
