At the end of the North Wing, you will find the first set of bedrooms. The first bedroom, arranged for multiple beds, features a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. At the end of the hall, the second primary bedroom features a multi-window view of the backyard, a ceiling fan, mounted flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. If you decide to turn left towards the West Wing, you’ll find the third bedroom just past a full bathroom (with a standalone shower). This bedroom features a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV, with paintings and sculptural air for guests to enjoy. The fourth bedroom is just off the sunken living room and features two skylights, a bright big window with plantation shutters, and a minimalist layout. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
