Guests may also enjoy a shared yard with outdoor seating, including a gas grill and picnic table—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A laundry facility is located nearby, and guests have access to the shared backyard for grilling and outdoor enjoyment. Please note there are four active exterior security cameras on the property: one facing the driveway, two facing the front yard, and one monitoring parking spaces D and E.
