Every room has a TV! This is the only unit in the building with double vanities in BOTH bathrooms which is ideal for big families, multi-couple trips, or even groups of friends staying at the unit. The master bathroom has a completely new walk-in shower, tiled from floor to ceiling. The balcony has turf which is easy on the feet and the view from the balcony is expansive. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets every morning/evening or watch the fireworks on NYE or July 4th. It’s the perfect spot! Due to adding captain chairs you will have no problem with the balcony railing obstructing your view. Parking is easy and it’s within walking proximity to everything you can imagine due to it being the closest building to Pier Park. Shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, movie theaters, grocery stores, and the pier are all walking distance. A binder with all of the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, etc in the unit for you to look through. You can also rent jet skis directly on the beach below our condo, rent golf carts, bicycles, and slingshots across the street from the unit as well. Note: Resort fees of $60 for parking (1 vehicle) and $2.50 each for wristbands apply and will be collected after booking. Additional passes may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
