Cape Cod South Sitting in the heart of Marathon, right on the canal, Cape Cod South is the perfect home base for your next fishing trip or family vacation! You’ll love having exclusive access to a local beach club resort located less than three miles from home (four passes are provided). As soon as you step foot inside, you will fall in love with the coastal-themed decor, tropical accents, and spacious layout that will allow everyone to find their own piece of paradise. Start each morning on a tasty note and brew up a pot of coffee while you prepare a tasty breakfast in the full kitchen. There will be no recipe too complicated, as the stainless steel appliances, ample utensils, and cookware have you covered! When the days heat up, take advantage of the provided bikes or paddleboards, and cruise and paddle the afternoon away. When you return to home base, everyone can gather in the back for a cookout using the gas grill and head into the sunroom to enjoy a meal at the dining table. A flat-screen TV also awaits if you want to watch a ballgame while reminiscing with loved ones. Be sure to bring the boat along as well, as there is plenty of parking! There is a brand-new 45-foot bulkhead with plenty of room plus shore power and water. (Mean Low Tide - 2.8 feet.) Things to Know Access to the beach club resort begins September 1, 2022. There is a boat ramp located at 54 Mile Marker. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off on the dock. Two paddleboards and two bicycles are available for guest use. There is a bait freezer and an incredible dockside prep center for guest use. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
