Welcome to your retreat! This artistically detailed home is built for comfort and is centrally located just one block from the beach and within walking distance of downtown Cocoa Beach. You will also be a short drive from the Ron Jon Surf Shop. Load the wagon with the provided beach gear and head to the sand for the day. Upon your return, relax on your own enclosed porch in the backyard. Youll love splashing around in the pool under the lanai. Then, step out into the enclosed yard to barbecue up some lunch on the private gas grill. For more indepth meals, the full kitchen, complete with a French door fridge and a mounted oven, has enough space for everyone to help cook and enough kitchen tools to cook everything you want to enjoy on your vacation. Ageappropriate dinnerware is available for younger guests. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, and central airconditioning will put everyone at ease. Retreat to the living areas extralarge sectional when the sun goes down and enjoy a favorite film on the TV. THINGS TO KNOW Netflix and HBO streaming are available for guest use.
