• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
A wonderful 5 bedroomed property within walking distance of the village of Mougins. The villa has been decorated with exquisite taste and offers luxury, comfort and elegance as well as spectacular views towards the hills of Grasse from both the house and garden. This beautiful property will undoubtedly please, with it’s immaculate interiors, complete with air conditioning, manicured gardens, and plenty of outdoor entertaining space as well as a half size tennis court.
This villa is west facing and located in a sought after area on the edge of the celebrated village of Mougins. Due to it’s fantastic location, guests can enjoy spectacular open views towards Grasse and the hills beyond and, despite being so close to the village, the property is tranquil and totally private. Access to the property is via a driveway, (itself accessed via automatic gates) and there is ample parking for up to 5 cars.
The interiors are fully air conditioned and offer luxury accommodation organised over 2 floors with furniture and fittings that are of the highest quality. The 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor, two of which have private balconies, and all have en-suite bathroom facilities. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and informal living room all open out onto an outdoor terrace, which itself lends itself perfectly to relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets, outdoor dining and entertaining.
The large 13 x 6 metre saline swimming pool is very private, can be heated, is accessed by steps and is surrounded by ample space for sun loungers where guests can relax in the sun and enjoy the panoramic views. For those looking for sporting activity, the property offers a half size, flood-lit tennis court which can also become a basket ball court or used as a football pitch.
