With Long Sands Beach only three blocks down the road, this will be a summer spent swimming, boogie boarding, building sandcastles, and relaxing in the Southern Maine sunshine. Built in 2019, this home is bright, open, and comfortable, with an air-conditioned living space spread out across two levels (a separate ground-floor apartment is occupied by a tenant). It’s a place where you can stroll 800 feet home from the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower (cold water only), and toss the swimsuits in the laundry room. Bring a cold drink outside to a rocking chair on the front porch, or make yourself at home on the living room sofa in front of the cable TV. Just beyond the living room are a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen with full-size appliances, plentiful cabinet storage, and an island with bar seats for your assisting chefs.
