The main villa has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (5 en suite), on 3 floors, and a guest cottage with bedroom and en suite shower room. This property is a beautiful 19th Century "Belle Epoque" villa overlooking the historic Côte d’Azur town of Grasse, the world capital of perfume and walkable into the town centre. Set in 2 hectares of Mediterranean gardens with magnificent palm trees, beautiful, heated pool and stunning sea views over the Bay of Cannes, the villa sleeps a maximum of 16 people and is available to rent throughout the year. There are 8 Provençal bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 2 living rooms - the first with satellite TV, piano, X-Box, DVD/VCR and a large liste of films, and the second a library with wood burning stove. There is a large kitchen/dining room with open fireplace. In front of the villa is a vast terrace with tables and chairs for guests to enjoy the spectacular view, large gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and table tennis. There are many activities in the area including Golf, Paragliding, Hiking, Sailing and even creating your own Perfume. This is an ideal base from which to explore the Côte d’Azur.
