Located just six miles from the heart of downtown Eagle River, this three-story, waterfront gem boasts high-end amenities, wide open spaces, and amazing lake views from inside and out. On the main level, the visiting chefs in your group will find everything they need to prepare quick snacks or elaborate dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Meet up for meals at the adjacent table or step outside onto the furnished deck for a summertime alfresco dining experience. Back inside, the main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating options, a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, a warming gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. An additional sunroom provides a cozy spot to relax in with a good book and a cup of tea on lazy or rainy afternoons.
The fun really begins on the lower level of this home where you’ll find a second living area with a gas fireplace and large TV, a table and chairs for board and card games, a full-size pool table, and a wet bar! From here, step out to the patio and take a walk across the yard and down to the private dock where you can cast a line and fish for musky and panfish, or set off in the provided kayaks.
For sleeping options, this home offers five wonderful bedrooms spread out over all three floors to ensure the utmost privacy for you and your guests.
