Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
A stunning villa only recently completed and finished to a very high standard. The villa is set in manicured gardens, has a large pool (can be heated) and is within walking distance of the pretty village of Chateauneuf de Grasse.
This villa is beautifully furnished and offers spacious interiors able to accommodate between 8 and 10 guests in comfort.
There are large, open plan living and dining areas also leading onto the well-equipped, contemporary kitchen. The living areas open on to shading terraces, ideal for enjoying the outdoor lifestyle of the South of France.
There are 4 en-suite bedrooms, all air-conditioned for ultimate comfort during the summer months.
Outside there is a large freeform heated pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen surrounded by mature landscaping. An extensive Children’s playground and flat lawned areas make this house an ideal holiday home for families.
For large groups there is also the opinion of renting another villa in our portfolio located on the same hillside. This is a 4-bedroom villa, sleeping 8 with its own private swimming pool. Renting these two villas gives the ultimate in flexible holiday accommodation for larger groups or families.
