Bastide des Iles is in the prestigious residential area of the Parc de Mougins, 10 minutes from Cannes and the beaches of the Cote d’Azur.
This villa is a property offering lots of charm located in a peaceful residential area 10 minutes from Mougins and Cannes. The property’s accommodation is spread over 2 floors with a large living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor as well as 3 of the 4 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. All four bedrooms are air conditioned.
The living room, dining room and 2 of the bedrooms French windows accessing the garden and fully equipped kitchen has direct access onto an outdoor dining terrace. The first floor consists of a playroom/study area and the 4th bedroom with en suite bathroom. Also on the first floor is an additional bedroom can be used upon request (suitable for guests, staff, or teenagers) that would share the bathroom with bedroom 4.
