• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

This beautiful property is in a prestigious, residential area between Mougins and Cannes with stunning sea views, wonderful outdoor living areas and nicely decorated interiors. The property has plenty of charm, is air conditioned and guests will love the garden and pool area, perfect for relaxing, entertaining and al fresco dining.
Designed by the celebrated Russian architect, Andre Svetchine, La Bastide du Hameau is a charming recently renovated bastide with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms offering spectacular 220-degree views towards the sea over the Bay of Cannes to the South, the Esterel Mountains to the West, and Mougins Village and Grasse with mountains as a backdrop to the North. The property is perfectly located being just 15 minutes from the centre of Cannes and a short 10-minute drive to Mougins village.

The pretty garden (treated annually against mosquitoes) has been beautifully landscaped with cypress trees, olive trees and jasmine and next to the pool is an additional decked seating area, which surrounds a 500-year-old olive tree. Next to the covered terrace area is a large dining table seating up to 12 people and gas BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining. In addition to the pool, guests can enjoy outdoor activities such as boules, ping pong, walking alongside the Canal du Siagne and the use of several bicycles, perfect for cycling in and around the nearby park of L’Etang de Mougins.
