These two units have everything you need for your stay, whether you are here for business or leisure! Along with an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a game room, lounge, 24-hour fitness center and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available. The space NOTE: This is a listing for TWO units. One unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and the second unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. Guest access Guest have access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities. Other things to note Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking No pets No parties or events Late check out fee is at $50/hour There’s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone’s mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with Property Manager’ coverage! The $35 damage waiver fee has been included in the cleaning costs. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
