It’s perfect for a getaway with your family or friends and if you’re worried about the heat, it’s equipped with central air conditioning throughout. Take advantage of the balcony with partial beach and ocean views to enjoy your meals al fresco as it features a patio table with five comfortable chairs.
As soon as you step inside you’ll be greeted by cheery decor. The living room boasts one love seat and one sleeper sofa near a flatscreen Smart TV. When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen has your back! It has incredible appliances that will make cooking a breeze in addition to a Keurig coffee maker and a breakfast bar that seats two. In the kitchen, you will also find a stackable washer/dryer.
Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
