Welcome to this spacious two-bedroom designer apartment just in the heart of Sofia. Located on the so-called "Theater street"- Rakovska street, with a easy access to all city sights, great restaurants, bars and shops. The whole apartment is recently renovated carefully decorated and provides all necessary amenities. Strong WiFi connection is covering the entire property. The apartment is located on an upper floor accessible by elevator. The layout consists of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. In the living room there is: • big comfortable sofa; • TV with cable channels; • dining table area for 4; • AC; The kitchen is equipped with: • fridge, oven and stoves; • dishwasher; • coffee machine and electric kettle; • various kitchen utensils and cooking basics; The master bedroom is furnished with: • a queen-sized bed; • wardrobe; The second bedroom has: • two single beds, that can also be set together; • wardrobe; The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing sink, toilet and washing machine. • Check-in is fixed between 3pm and 10 pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Late check-in after 10pm is not allowed! • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it - clean and tidy. • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
