State-of-the-art equipment paired with alpine flair makes the Air holiday apartment an oasis of well-being that is second to none. At the foot of the Schmittenhöhe, directly opposite the AreitXpress, this apartment is the ideal starting point for both summer and winter holidays.
The apartment is equipped with everything a relaxing holiday needs: On 60m² there is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed and futon bed for a total of 5 people. A modern bathroom with shower is a matter of course. Of course, our guests use free internet and a parking lot. We also have a ski and bike storage room. The apartment has a balcony, central heating and a Smart TV.
The eat-in kitchen with an electric hob is also fully equipped: fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, as well as toaster and kettle are standard equipment.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
