We provide 5 bed rooms, a total of 4 bath rooms and a vast living room, connected to your private terrace, which invites for relaxing summer and winter times. The spacious terrace on the upper floor is facing south/west and offers you a magnificent view to the Kitzsteinhorn and the surrounding mountains. The cosy and wooden-furnished bed rooms do have big King-Size Double beds, whereas the children rooms are equipped with single beds. The highlight during the winter months is your private Finnish Sauna! Further you have access to your private garden: barbecue and outdoor sitting area on top for your perfect summer holiday. We work on details to make your stay a memorable one: Free Wifi and parking in front of the house, as well as a Smart TV are part of our amenities. The kitchen is also well equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle to spoil your beloved ones! In the basement there is a shoe/dry and yoga room with mini trampoline, punching bag, pull-up bar and dumbbells. The ski and bike room is located next to the house. Looking for activities? Beside 408 kilometers of ski slopes, there are many attractions located within walking distance for an exciting summer stay: A small leisure park can be found at the foot of the Maiskogel, including the alpine coaster “Maisiflitzer”. We invite you to explore the peaks of Kaprun starting from your chalet: Weather it is a hike up the Imbachhorn, a trip to the High Altitude Storage Lakes or the Sigmund-Thun-Klamm. (3km) The golf course (6km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. For guests who arrive without car, the train station of Zell am See is only a couple of bus stops away. (Line 660, every 30 minutes)
