This home comprises two floors, so you and your guests can easily spread out and find your peace and quiet on this vacation. The upper floor is home to a spacious living room, a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating and modern appliances, a cozy dining area, and two bedrooms. Head downstairs, and you will find another lounging area with a TV, sofa, and a foosball table to indulge in a bit of friendly competition! If you haven’t had your fill of sunshine after a day at the beach, step out to the deck and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine in hand. THINGS TO KNOW A 3-night minimum stay is required. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
