The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a propane wood stove, board games for fun game nights, a Rinnai heater, and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. There is also access to a spacious deck. Continue the tour and you’ll come across the kitchen/dining area, which features an eight-person dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to a private back deck. The third level of this charming escapade has a small loft area with a sofa and a baseboard heat unit. There are also two bedrooms with baseboard heat units, a stackable washer/dryer, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. And last, but not least, the fourth level is made up of a loft space with a bed, another Rinnai heater, and two chairs. Additionally, if you decide to book this unique escapade, you’ll be granted access to a shared outdoor pool, tennis court, and basketball court. What’s nearby: This spacious and bright multi-level condo offers a great location right in the heart of ski country. Winter visitors will be thrilled by the closeness to all three ski areas with amazing Southwestern exposure. You’ll be extraordinarily close to the shuttle with a view of the shuttle stop with close access to the Catamount trail and all it has to offer. The renowned Sugarbush Resort is only one and a half miles away, offering a variety of runs that cater to everyone from experts to beginners.
