Then look no further than Gracie’s Seaview, a spectacular two-story home that will please everyone in your group! Entertainment can be found indoors as well as outdoors. There is a huge yard in both the front and back of the house where your kids and dogs can play and run around freely. Upon entering, you’ll encounter the main living space, which is spacious enough that it’ll be hard to run into anyone else. The living room boasts incredible and panoramic views of North Depoe Bay from wall-to-wall windows. However, if you’d like to take a closer look, you can borrow the binoculars included to zoom in on the whales and see the seals that rest on the buoys in the bay. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
