This retreat features an open floor plan made up of a well-equipped full kitchen, a dining table with seating for four, and an inviting living area with plush furniture, cable-equipped TV, and a warming fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Off of the main living area, you’ll find the two bedrooms. The queen bedroom has its own TV for you to wind down in your own space. The private washer/dryer will take care of the clothes from the day so you can relax and recharge. If you don’t feel like heading inside come evening, fire up the gas grill for a cookout in the fresh air or sip a glass of wine on the front porch as the sun goes down. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
