The upstairs bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a shared full bath and half-bath await downstairs, so there won’t be any lines in the morning. Grill (or just kick back) on the screened-in porch, or head out to the screened-in gazebo. Light up a fire in the firepit, or walk down to the Toccoa River and enjoy fishing from your own private dock. There’s so much to enjoy in this friendly home by the river.

The Aska Adventure Area (eight miles away) is a hiking-mountain bicycling trail system 17 miles in length, developed on National Forest lands near Deep Gap on the Aska Road in south-central Fannin County. Trails range in length from one mile to five and a half miles and are open to the public year-round. Trails ascend to near 3,200 feet, providing vistas of mountain ridges and descend to the shores of Lake Blue Ridge. If your group includes younger guests, the Lilly Pad Village provides beginner-friendly fishing, mini-golf, and gem mining fun just nine-and-a-half miles away.
