Grill (or just kick back) on the screened-in porch, or head out to the screened-in gazebo. Light up a fire in the firepit, or walk down to the Toccoa River and enjoy fishing from your own private dock. There’s so much to enjoy in this friendly home by the river.

Trails range in length from one mile to five and a half miles and are open to the public year-round. Trails ascend to near 3,200 feet, providing vistas of mountain ridges and descend to the shores of Lake Blue Ridge.
