Salted Tranquility As you enter, up a flight of steps, you’ll be greeted by a view like no other. Pearly white sand and emerald green water for miles will instantly put you in a tranquil vacation mode. The open concept floor plan allows this beautiful view to be seen and enjoyed whether you are lounging on the comfortable couches, playing games, or making a snack. The high-end, well-equipped kitchen has SS appliances, marble countertops, and shaker cabinetry. Dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar allows your group to be together while snacking and dining. Outside is the Gulf front deck with more seating to watch the pelicans soar and the dolphins play! The main floor also has a king-sized bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Up one flight, you’ll find the king-sized primary bedroom with a private Gulf front deck. It’s a great spot to start and end the day with a beverage! The ensuite bath has dual sinks and a tub shower combo. Down the hall is the third bedroom with 2 full-sized beds as well as a trundle to sleep one more. The third full bath is also here with a tub/shower combo. The private dune crossover is just outside your door and makes getting your gear to the beach a breeze! Two picnic tables are in a nice shady spot under the house when you need to escape the sun along with a gas grill. What’s nearby: This gulf-front townhome sits right on Navarre Beach, with a boardwalk that connects the house to the sand. It’s an area known and loved for its beautiful and interesting seashells, as well as dolphins and rays that regularly cruise the shoreline. You can easily rent bikes, kayaks, jet skis, and boats nearby, or go fishing from the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier - the longest fishing pier on the gulf coast - two miles east. Take a scenic drive along Gulf Islands National Seashore on your way to Pensacola Beach (15 miles west), or pay a visit to the lovely Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary (two miles east).
