As you come in from a day spent beachcombing and boogie boarding, you’ll be greeted by a convenient, ground-floor laundry room where you can leave your swimsuits and towels. The main living space is upstairs on the second floor, offering lofty, exposed-beam ceilings, large windows and glass doors that frame the ocean, and an open layout that brings together the living room, the dining space, and the kitchen. You’ll be able to socialize easily as you prepare meals using stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, help chop vegetables at the natural-wood breakfast bar, set the dining room table for dinner, or man the gas grill on the ocean-facing deck just through the sliding glass doors. After dinner, you can curl up on the sectional sofa to watch cable, Netflix, or a DVD in front of the gas fireplace, or head upstairs to the cozy loft room to set up a favorite board game or puzzle. Additional flatscreen TVs are provided in all of the bedrooms as well.

This townhome is located less than a mile south of downtown Gold Beach, west of the Oregon Coast Highway and across the road from a beach access point. If you head up into town, you’ll find every convenience you could require, including grocery stores, restaurants, casual eateries, and recreational outfitters such as Jerry’s Rogue Jets (which travel up the Rogue River). This region is perhaps the most beautiful of the entire Oregon Coast, with the famous Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor beginning only 13 miles south.
