Boasting three floors and four accommodating bedrooms, there will be plenty of room for everyone to spread out in no time. When you want to grab a bit of fresh air, the deck will be just the place to sip a morning coffee or evening cocktail as you watch the tide ebb and flow. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining the whole gang, as the full kitchen, living room, and dining areas seamlessly lead together making the perfect space to mingle as the chef of the group whips up a tasty meal. The lower floor is home to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms, including the main suite, are located on the third floor. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
