This 3 bedroom vacation condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and it includes a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan with 1790 sq ft, laundry facilities, a shared pool, expansive water views and a parking space for 1 vehicle. The Primary bedroom has a King bed and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. This bedroom also has water views and it opens up onto the waterfront balcony. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sink vanity and private lavatory. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom can be accessed via hallway or through the second bedroom and offers a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you would need to cook a family meal. It has all new stainless steel appliances such as an Induction range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It also offers granite countertops with countertop seating for 4 guests, making it a great place to grab a snack or meal. The kitchen leads to the living and dining area with sliders to the balcony. The living area is beautifully decorated and it offers a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating and over-sized floor-to-ceiling sliders with expansive water views. The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably and you can also enjoy water views while you dine. Balcony features plenty of outdoor seating, 1 lounger and a conversation set. Waterside pool (heated) area with loungers, table and chair seating, and barbeque grill. The unit is located on the 5th floor with amazing views of the water. The beach is a quick 10 minute walk. You can also easily walk to a great array of local restaurants, amenities and the Pier. Additional amenities include, washer/dryer, WIFI, cable, AC, heating, 1 designated parking spot, and additional metered street parking. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Property Manager is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY). 1 small pet may be allowed. Pet fee is $150 + tax AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits. Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner’s use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
