Sitting on the edge of Vance Lake, this home is located in the heart of Manitowish Waters. Inside, you’ll be greeted by a large living space with a wood-burning fireplace, where you can relax with your whole group of vacationers. Prepare meals together in the kitchen and indulge in a variety of home entertainment options, including a PS4 and a dartboard. Outside, you can play with your dogs in the yard or utilize this ideal location to kayak (two are provided), swim, or boat in the lake! From your front door, you’re just a short walk to plenty of shopping and dining in Manitowish Waters. The local bike and snowmobile trails are accessible at the end of the driveway (with four adult-size bikes provided), so adventures begin the second you step outside. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
